For enquiry on status of application, please contact directly the processing officer stated in the application acknowledgement email.
Please note that the processing time is 7 working days from the date the SIP/DIP application is received by CBPU and upon receipt of all necessary information, including additional payment, where applicable. Please note that the soft copy of SIP/DIP will be sent to your email address stated in the online application form.
